For those who want to explore psychotherapy/coaching without the financial commitment, or those who just want a check-in.

The HOUR plan is 1 session at a full 60mins (not 50mins).

This is a one time, non-refundable payment of $180. (However, you can re-schedule without forfeiting payment)

4 Hours
For those looking for consistency. Meeting regularly means more momentum toward change, which is essential for addressing recurring patterns.

The MONTH plan is 4 sessions at 60mins each (or 2 sessions at 90mins and 1 session at 60min) , for a total of 4 hours over the next 30 days. (Note, hours do not expire)

This is a one time, non-refundable payment of $600. Payment for the 4 hours is paid-in-full.

13 Hours
Long-term commitment to yourself. Best for continuous progress and deeper exploration of multiple concerns, at the best rates.

The QUARTER plan is 13 hours over the next 90 days.
Your first session is 90mins and the remaining 11.5 hours can be used in 60min or 90min sessions until completed. (Note, hours do not expire).
